Bullying Awareness in the Workplace

This Bullying Awareness in the Workplace course is designed to clarify what workplace bullying is and its effects on both the individual employees and the employer. The course is delivered with the recommendations and guidance of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and the associated legislation.

Course Methodology & Assessment

The course will be presented in a relaxed format, which lends itself to discussions and interactions among the participants. Although there is no formal assessment, participants are encouraged to focus on how they react and respond to bullying behaviour and to change how they manage this on a personal level.

Entry Criteria

No previous qualifications are required for learners to participate in the course.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Bullying Awareness in the Workplace Certificate from EMS & Associates.
