This Food Safety Level 1 & 2 and HACCP training course is designed for those working in the food industry and is aimed at both food and non-food handlers. The course is delivered with the recommendations and guidance of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and the standards set by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI).
The course will be presented in a modular format, which includes problem-based learning and practical skills. There is an exam at the end of the course, consisting of multiple choice questions (MCQs).
One day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with refreshment breaks
No previous qualifications are required for learners to participate in the course.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Food Safety Level 1 & 2 and an HACCP Certificate from EMS & Associates.
