This QQI Level 4 Component award is designed to create an awareness of health and safety in the workplace and is directed at those who want to gain knowledge of safe practices, hazard identification and safety legislation. The course is carried out by health and safety professionals who deliver the training in a method that is easily assimilated by the learner and, at the same time, ensures that all learning outcomes are achieved.
Course Methodology & Assessment
Portfolio/collection of work, carried out during contact and non-contact hours: 100%.
All assessments are carried out in accordance with QQI guidelines. In addition, as part of the quality assurance procedures of EMS & Associates, prior to submitting the results to QQI, internal verification and external moderation are carried out to ensure consistency with national standards.
