First aid refresher blended

The online blended FARR was very user friendly and kept me really engaged as opposed to feeling like a long day in a classroom.

I was able to focus on particular units that required more attention at my own pace and at a time that suited me. The online modules combined with the one day practical/assessment really complimented each other.

This online course allows the participant to navigate at their leisure through the course content. It is an easy, effective and efficient way of learning at one's own pace. The course is interactive and focuses on key points.

What do I need to know, to keep staff and users Safe in Covid times

During Covid-19 a quick, safe and well informed Covid 19  response plan was and still is required to make sure our staff and any service users or related trades understand and comply with the latest Government guidelines for Covid-19. The Dulann courses are interactive and focus on the key safety issues people require. The courses can be taken online at home, on-site or where safe access will allow. The modular interactive nature of the courses allowed all our staff to learn and understand these important safety measures at their own pace, ensuring a better comprehension of the need for diligence on site. The staff are confident that they know what to do in relation to Infection Control in the course of their work. The courses show how to deal with Covid-19 or First Aid issues if they were to arise while in the workplace. The DDLETB Youth and Sport Development Unit’s Staff have used both the Dulann online, Infection Control Course and Dulann online, First Aid Refresher Course and all have passed and progressed to a completed Certificate in the required discipline.  

MFP Plastics have used the Dulann-EMS eLearning platform for several years as part of our ongoing Safety Management System. We have found the system to be user friendly, and feedback from employees has been extremely positive.

All MFP Plastics employees undergo a comprehensive Induction Training Programme, and the Dulann-EMS eLearning platform has greatly assisted in developing our Safety Culture. Employees complete our personalised MFP Plastics Induction, Fire Safety Awareness and Manual Handling (Theory) before being assessed in their learning outcomes.
